Can you hold a rental before I apply?
Our homes are rented on a first-come, first-qualified basis. To give yourself the best chance, we recommend submitting your application and fees as soon as possible. -
Do I need to pay first and last month’s rent along with the deposit?
Move-in costs depend on the specific property. Typically, tenants pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit. Some properties may also require last month’s rent. -
What’s the minimum age to apply for a rental?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a lease agreement. -
Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, your deposit is usually refundable as long as you meet the lease terms and leave the home in good condition. Deductions may be made for damage beyond normal wear, unpaid rent, or necessary cleaning. -
When is a cosigner needed?
You may need a cosigner if you don’t meet certain credit, income, or rental history requirements. Cosigners must also qualify financially and agree to be responsible for the lease. -
How do I apply for a property?
You can apply online or in person by submitting a completed application, paying the application fee, and providing supporting documents like ID and proof of income. -
What are the options for paying rent?
Most tenants pay rent through our secure online portal, but other options like bank transfer or check may also be available depending on the property. -
What if I want to get a pet?
Always check your lease first. Some properties allow pets with additional deposits or pet rent, while others may have restrictions. Be sure to contact us before bringing a new pet home. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should we do?
Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll review whether the remaining tenant qualifies to stay or if a replacement roommate needs to be approved. -
My lease is ending and I plan to move out. What’s the process?
Most leases require written notice before moving. Check your lease for the notice period and be sure to submit your notice in writing by the deadline. -
Who pays for maintenance and repairs?
We take care of standard maintenance and repairs. However, tenants may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence. Always submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal so we can address them quickly.
